J'avais fais une première commande qui n'est jamais arrivé et pas de remboursement... J'ai tenté une seconde commande pour ma fille et le colis est arrivé. La poupée est très bien protégée (voir photo) Je vous conseille de nettoyer la poupée et de faire un shampoing des cheveux (rincer à l'eau froide) pour l'odeur. Après avoir mis à la machine les vêtements de la poupée et que tout soit propre plus d'odeur et surtout un superbe résultat.
